Referrals

I'm currently accepting a small number of new referrals. Parents and guardians are welcome to refer, as are professionals with parental or guardian consent. I work with families who are self-funded, or whose NDIS plans are self-managed or plan-managed. As Harmoni OT is not NDIS registered, I'm unable to accept referrals under an agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plan.

The referral form asks for some information about the young person and what support is being considered. I'll acknowledge every referral within two of my working days. As I work Thursdays and Fridays, that's usually within a week.
